Please note that we are bringing back our illness pre-screening for clients/patients to ensure that we are doing our best to decrease the amount of sickness coming into the clinic to keep our team and other clients/patients healthy and well.
We would ask if you are feeling unwell and have an upcoming appointment, that you err on the side of caution and rebook.
We provide masks for you at the desk if you wish to wear one and can request that your practitioner also wear one for your comfort level.
Reminder that our 24 hour cancellation policy is in effect. If you are starting to feel unwell or have family members in your household who are unwell, plan ahead and give yourself enough time to cancel your appointment without consequence. We understand that emergencies do happen. Please call at your earliest possible opportunity.
Please have a look at the new screening standards below and prepare to screen for these symptoms prior to each appointment:
- sore throat
- runny nose and increasing congestion
- new or worsening cough
- shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- temperature equal to or more than 38°C
- feeling feverish
- fatigue or weakness
- muscle or body aches
- new loss of smell or taste
- abdominal pain, diarrhea and vomiting
- feeling very unwell
