 We require 24 hours notice for you to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  

The full fee will be in effect with less than 24 hours notice for a cancellation with the exception of Chiropractic, where a 50% charge will be applied.  We understand emergencies happen.  Please contact our administrative team (not your practitioner) as soon as possible.  

In the event of a missed appointment (no-show), the full fee will be applied. 

Late cancellations and missed appointments (no-shows) cannot be direct billed to your insurance.
