Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to the full appointment fee. We understand that unexpected circumstances and emergencies happen, and ask that you contact our administrative team (rather than your practitioner) as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.
Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged the full appointment fee.
Please note that cancellation and no-show fees cannot be billed to your insurance provider.
