1. What do you love about your profession?
I love that my job is to help people feel better! I also love that I get to work one on one with my patients really getting to know them and getting to know the best way to help them.
2. Why did you become an RMT?
I have always been fascinated by the human body and how it functions. Then when I was in my final year of studying Kinesiology at university I had the opportunity to take a course that was half massage therapy and half yoga. I hated the yoga part but absolutely fell in love with massage therapy! I have additional training in structural fascial release, cupping, gua sha, and warm bamboo massage.
3. If you weren’t an RMT, what would you be?
ASL interpreter!
4. Tell us one thing you are passionate about outside of your work.
I am passionate about so many things! Family, homeschooling, and guitar are the first that come to mind.
Bonus Question: Favourite food?
My favourite food is anything I didn’t have to cook 😉
