There are many types of psychotherapy, each with its own approach. The type of psychotherapy that's right for you depends on your individual situation.During the initial phone consultation Carly will guide you through a series of questions to help determine what services and therapeutic interventions would best fit your needs. After the initial phone consultation an initial in-person session will be booked. This session is made to be a bit longer then a regular session, as it gives us an opportunity to talk a bit more in-depth about the therapeutic process and understand what exactly your needs are.
