Sue's involvement in the wellness industry spans 30 years, intermingled with an international business career following University. As a fitness instructor, personal trainer, life coach and yoga teacher Sue is passionate about encouraging her clients and community to move because of the way it transforms their day both physically and mentally.
Careful attention is taken with all of her programming for classes and private sessions to ensure that movements are balanced, safe, empowering, fun and most importantly, able to be modified for the unique needs of the individual. Sue's life experience as a musician, working and at-home mom, and runner has developed her biggest offering to the community; an authentic encouragement and guidance to create and embrace a personal commitment to movement. Whether it is outdoor walks with the stroller or dog, early morning workout videos in the basement, classes or routines at a studio or gym or team sports, the possibilities are endless and the choice is individual.
When Sue's not sweating you can find her laughing with her hubby and two children, reading or talking endlessly about books, posting honest everyday musings on her Instagram page "moveabell", creating playlists for classes or walking her 150 lb Newfoundland dog around Burlington.
Sue is thrilled to be a part of the community at Thrive Massage and Wellness with such a professional and experienced team committed to whole wellness.
