Follow up Visits:

Condensed Follow up (20 mins) $85
*ideal for one complaint

Standard Follow up (50 mins) $160
*multiple complaints & Acupuncture

Comprehensive Follow up (90 mins) $225
*performance/chronic pain

ReAssessment or New Complaint: (50 mins) $150
*Reassessments are required if a Patient has not had treatment in over 4 months OR is presenting with a new complaint
*Reassessments are for existing Patients only

Custom Foot Orthotics:
*New Patients require an Initial assessment appointment for assessment of need and casting of orthotics                              *Existing Patients require an ongoing appointment for assessment of need and casting of orthotics
