1. What do you love about your profession?
I love being able to connect to so many different people. I love being able to make someone’s day a little bit better whether it be with helping decrease pain or just allowing them to relax and have space for themselves for a short period of their day.
2. Why did you become an RMT?
I became and RMT because I found a large interest in the human body and body mechanics. As well as helping people feel better. I was introduced to massage / athletic therapy at a young age from play competitive hockey so I think is where my interest really started.

I don’t have any additional training but I do enjoy prenatal massage , as well as I have done some certifications around the pelvic floor and it’s connection related to postpartum injuries.
4. If you weren’t an RMT, what would you be?
I was interested in massage therapy at a young age so this is a hard question to answer, but if I wasn’t an RMT I would probably still be in the health and wellness industry whether it be a nurse or personal trainer or physiotherapist.
