Meet Caleb

Caleb is a Registered Massage Therapist and Certified Athletic Therapist who brings a strong background in sports medicine, injury management and rehabilitation to his practice. His approach combines hands-on treatment, movement-based strategies and individualized care to support clients in reaching their physical and functional goals.

Caleb completed his Bachelor of Athletic Therapy at Sheridan College, becoming a Certified Athletic Therapist in 2023. He went on to earn his Diploma of Massage Therapy from the Ontario College of Health and Technology, becoming a Registered Massage Therapist in 2024. He has also completed a Certificate of Contemporary Medical Acupuncture through McMaster University, providing additional training in neurofunctional acupuncture techniques.

His athletic therapy experience includes working with athletes in high school rugby and football, as well as adult rugby. In these settings, Caleb has been involved in injury assessment, taping, concussion management considerations, emergency field care and return-to-play decisions.

Caleb is passionate about ongoing learning and helping clients understand their bodies, recover from injury and remain active in the activities they enjoy.

Treatment Approach

Caleb combines his knowledge of athletic therapy and massage therapy to provide individualized, goal-oriented treatment. His approach considers not only the immediate area of discomfort but also movement patterns, training demands and factors that may contribute to recurring concerns.

Depending on assessment findings and treatment goals, Caleb may incorporate therapeutic massage, fascial cupping, Indie Head Massage (Champissage), Neurofunctional Acupuncture, and sport-specific exercises or movement strategies. These techniques may be incorporated into massage therapy appointments when clinically appropriate and consented to.

Caleb also offers Sports-Specific Massage Therapy, a focused treatment option for recreational and competitive athletes. Drawing on his athletic therapy background, these sessions take a proactive approach to managing the physical demands of training while also addressing existing injuries, recurring discomfort and chronic training-related concerns.

Treatment may incorporate hands-on massage, Neurofunctional Acupuncture and movement-based strategies based on individual needs. Whether preparing for an upcoming event, managing ongoing training demands or working through an injury, Caleb aims to support recovery, mobility and long-term participation in physical activity.
